Boy – what a disappointment. I paid $30 to see mainly t-shirts, jewelry and sunglasses. No big manufactures at all. There were some nice bikes and cold beers but overall, I won’t be going again next year.

I did talk to the V&H rep. and learned that my Ovals do not have a replaceable inner-wrapping. When they start getting too loud, you just replace the “guts” (baffles) with a new ones @ $50+ each.

There were actually more big named vendors last year....
They have more then Hollister....Hollister has nothing but Hollister T-shirts

As for my day:

-- I had a great breakfest with good folks.
-- I rode a V-rod.....(had to wear a full face, and had to be lead).....Found out the gear ratio is way different so I was lugging it a bit but I did have fun
-- Found out I like the sound of the Monster Ovals better then the regular ovals.
-- I found some boots I liked but they wanted way too much for them so I'm seeing if I can find them online.
-- I bought a Cycle shade to cover my bike in the sun.

-- Watched some of our (personal) friends really have a good time with some STONG Margeritas.    Luckily they live locally so could wait til they were better off....last we saw them they were getting food.

Good times

Thanks for sharing the Pics by the way !!!

Hey Bev! Got a set of Monster Ovals in the garage.  I'm just waiting for the bluing issue to get dealt with (my fault... too busy riding) before putting them on.

Wish I could have been there.  Got to be amateur electrician for my brother today.

Have fun at Disneyland!

I was just looking over the posts and noticed Victor's Villa in Irwindale. I grew up about 4 blocks away from there on Lante st. in Baldwin Park. Just fun info.

I thought it was GREAT. We went Sat. For $30 we rode every bike we ever wanted, and for 30 - 40 min's each. The CVO bikes definitely have a smile factor. My favorite was the CVO Roadglide. But I still prefer my UC. There were no lines for beer on Sat. either. And we could have seen the flat-track racing, but didn't, we got our money's worth.
And for Sunday, the ride from Glendale has always been crazy, that's why we don't do it. So if you're not doing the ride, the tickets are only $50. So you see TWO concerts, demo more bikes, check out the eye-candy, and hang with other enthusiast for $50. I think Sunday was a bargain too. I'm going again next year.

Plus I was able to meet some of the peep's from here & HDF. You get out equal to what you put in.

Just haven't had time to get them posted.  I've either been gone or sick for the last 3 days

It took about 1 second for me to notice -- but I've had years of being a dirty old man.  I just didn't have the courage  to comment initially.  Of course noone can top Gamma's first post on BWB 'hey, where are the naked women ' !!!! .
