Hi gang!  Recognize a lot of names,  don't recognize a few.  A little bit about me.  I'm Steve, live in Santa Clarita.  Bought my first motorcycle, a Triumph Thunderbird, in 1963 and with the exception of Viet Nam I have always had one.  I'm 63, been married to Vesta for 37 years.  Currently I drive an 08 E-Glide,  Vesta has an 08 Deluxe.  We actually own 6 bikes,  just can't bring ourselves to sell the old one when we get a new one.  We usually ride 12 to 15,000 miles a year,  but a little health hiccup slowed us down this year.

We have a house on the river in Bullhead City, Az so we have made it to the River Run and Bikefest in Las Vegas.

I retired from AT&T in 2000, Vesta still works for them.  Our sons are grown and on their own.  We have nothing but time!

OK,  I've run my mouth enough

Hi Bev,  thanks for the welcome.

I just 'stumbled' onto the site,  should look around more.  Vesta's neuropathy is getting a lot better.  Another week of physical therapy and she wants to give it a try.  We have a lot of riding to make up!  She has hair now,  kinda short but no more doo rags.

Glad you made it.  Welcome to TheRideCentral.

Great news that your wife is doing better.  I hope to ride with you soon.

Well that's great to hear about Vespa!!!   Yell at me when you 2 are ready to roll and I'll come join you....even for a a short ride.  Lunch/Dinner and socializing would do just fine too...

Hubby has a broken big toe right now and has a few more weeks at least before he can ride but except next Saturday I'm pretty open on the weekends.  (I'll be working at my mom's train store in Tehachapi next Friday night and driving home Saturday morning from Tehacapi.)
